The Fallen

One sought safety from a war-torn home,
The other stood firm in beliefs he owned.
Both born to different struggles and dreams,
Born under the same sun.

One fled bullets, the other faced schemes.
Both claiming space in this fractured world,
Both filled with a healthful beat.

One rebuilt life, the other unfurled
His voice against tides that would silence speech,
Together, their passing demand proof.

In the chasm between Violence and Peace, a whisper of rage is found,
Forged through senseless acts, a nation's pain is crowned.

For it's not just breath that makes us whole,
But how we honor the fallen,
When evil strikes and justice calls.
